Strengths:

Persistent – Most Oxes are destined for success because they know how to get it and they have what it takes. They are rational and extremely objective and they are not afraid of hard work. They see problems as challenges and they rush to them as a raging bull. Most challenges don’t stand a chance. Methodological and patient, Oxes make their way to the top.

Kind-hearted – As a rule Oxes are not selfish or overambitious. They know how things should be done and they try to obey the order. They have sensitive souls and treat others kindly. Oxes can give you the best advice if you ask for it. Most of them don’t have enemies which is a great advantage. But some of them lack true friends as well. They tend to be workaholics and their main success is work-related.

Strong – Oxes have the character to keep going even when things do not seem so bright. They can follow their plan and ignore other’s suggestions or ridicule. They always keep the ultimate aim in sight and they go for it on the best route possible. They have an inborn stability and calm which fascinates and attracts people. It is key for their ultimate success.

Helpful – Most Oxes never forget where they’re coming from. The best of them don’t let fame or success change them even a tiny bit. Maybe because their success didn’t happen overnight, they worked hard for it and they know what it took. They will often offer help or advice – and you should accept it gladly. They mean well and they are at your side.

Weaknesses:

Slow – Stability and persistence come at a slow pace. Oxes need to work at their own rhythm which Is slow and steady and they care a lot about quality. Don’t expect them to answer quickly, to be up for all of your whims or to say “yes” to all of your suggestions. But usually when they promise you something, they’ll keep their word.

Stubborn – Oxes are very stubborn. If they don’t want to do something you cannot make them do it – even if you insist, if you whine or if you dare to threaten them. Their rage is rare but furious and they are very vindictive. Beware!

Authoritative – Oxes are not lavish with words and when they do speak they always have something worthy to say. They expect and demand to be listened and – above all – to be listened to. They can be very authoritative mainly in their work place and in their family because they think they always know how things should be done.

Traditional – Oxes usually go for the tried and tested ways in which things are done. They are not much of adventurous or spontaneous type of people. They need to have a strict routine and to follow it, it works best for them. They can easily plan the year ahead and it’s best to call them well in advance if you want them to squeeze you in for a lunch or coffee.
